OpenGates Academy is an Empowerment Program facilitated by Disability Resources Foundation

We provide Caregiver Training and Coaching to Parents, and caregivers of Children with Developmental Disabilities. Through Education, we can help promote Awareness, Independence, and Improve Quality of Life.

We empower Parents to become experts in their child's care. We teach growth strategies that help Parents discover their purpose and potential to become who they were created to be, while caring for their child.

For parents engaged in business, we teach business strategies that help them to align their mission, strategies, resources, capabilities, and competencies for value creation, competitive advantage, and profitability.

Our online courses are easy to follow, with practical learning and step-by-step guides. Students can view the lessons more than once at their convenience.

Meet Dr. Inonge, your new Instructor and Coach. Dr. Inonge is the founder of Disability Resources Foundation, and Creator of the foundation’s Empowerment Program, ‘Opengates Academy’. Like you, she has desired to see the quality of life of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities improve. She has searched high and wide for simplified resources packaged to assist families, caregivers and educators seeking to provide excellent Care. She has designed courses to build your mastery in promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of individuals with special needs. Inonge's goal is to Empower Parents, educators and Individuals in our communities through Personal Growth and Personal Development Coaching. She desires to see people grow and thrive at whatever it is they are called to do. She believes that through her coaching program, 'The Personal Growth Mindset', you will be propelled to action and have a good chance at reaching your full potential.
